黑色特工隊由五位屏東排灣、魯凱族青年組成，成員為王雅蘭、峇岦嵐偲·旮札涅灆、佬祖·魯魯安、顏裴晏、廖曉蓉，團隊成員共五人，皆為屏東排灣、魯凱族人。2019年峇岦嵐偲(Iyas)邀約共同創作臺灣燈會藝術裝置，發現彼此對於創作及文化的理念十分契合，因而組成團隊。

在快節奏的時代，雙手的勞動與真誠的關心，已疏離人們。我們體認工藝的靈魂在如何創造更美好生活，從工作經歷的堆疊，不斷反思傳統工藝如何結合與轉化能更切實融入日常生活。觀察部落長輩們創造無限智慧的生活方式，而後將創作更關注在生活的技能及與社會的互動關係。

「在生活中學習創造」是團隊的精神核心。我們採集與搜集周遭環境中的素材，透過身體勞動，將生活給予的靈感或是記憶。實現在藝術創作或是用品設計中，於2022年創立以自然纖維工藝為主的設計品牌「黑色雋永」。黑色代表我們自身的文化，期望透過生活實踐與創造，讓在地美學不斷延續下去，成為雋永

Dark Incredible Design Group comprise Pingtung local studios of the B.B. Design studio, Iyaslau Studio, and Fei Yi Ri An Studio, with five members. All are from the Paiwan and Lukai peoples in Pingtung. In 2019, Iyas initiated a co-creation project with other members, an art installation for the Taiwan Lantern Festival, finding that their shared cultural concepts and creativity fit very well; therefore, the team established.

In their accumulation of life and experiences, they have constantly reflected on how traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design can combine and be transformed to be closer to daily life. In their communities, they have observed that the elders create an infinitely intelligent way of life from limited environmental resources. Thus, the Agents' creations focus on the relationship between life skills and social interaction. "Learning and creating things from daily life" is the core of the team's spirit. Black represents culture, hoping local aesthetics will continue to become timeless through life practice and creation.
